Refund policy

At Kamewal and Co. , we want you and your little ones to love your purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

5-Day Return Window
You have 5 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

🚫 Hygiene & Safety Exceptions
For the health, safety, and hygiene of our community's children, the following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged once the original packaging or protective seals have been opened, broken, or unsealed (unless the item arrives defective or damaged):
* Feeding utensils, silicone bibs, bowls, and placifiers.
* Teething toys and personal care items.
* Opened mattresses, swaddles, or bedding sets.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at [kamewalandco@gmail.com] with a photo of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right with a free replacement.

Return Process
To start a return, contact us at [kamewalandco@gmail.com]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
